CNC Plasma Systems
Our well-equipped infrastructure facility has enabled us to manufacture and supply premium grade CNC Plasma Systems. These systems are manufactured by our well-trained professionals using high quality components and materials, sourced from the reputed vendors of the market. The CNC Plasma Systems are widely used in automobile, machinery and construction industries for cutting precise shapes from sheets of metals. These systems are tested on several parameters before delivery to ensure high performance products to our customers.
There are three major components which make the CNC Plasma system
- Plasma Source : Select the Hypertherm Powermax1250 as our preferred plasma source.
- Torch Height Control (THC) : It ensures that the cutting torch always stays at the correct height from the workpiece.
- Fume Extraction Bed : These are fabricated sheet metal plasma bed and fume pickup shoe that are designed to provide focused smoke extraction capability.
